These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MK Longevity Institute website and the services described on it (the “Site” and “Services”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service contract with the Clinic. Services for minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Booking, cancellation & rescheduling

• Bookings made through the Site or our team are confirmed by email.
• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, unless a different policy is communicated for a specific programme.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee in accordance with the Clinic’s booking policy in force at the time of the booking.
• The Clinic may reschedule appointments for clinical, operational or force-majeure reasons; in such cases we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of any prepayment.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the relevant page or in your personalised treatment plan. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT. Payment terms, methods and refund conditions are presented at the time of booking and form part of the contract between you and the Clinic.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, page designs, photographs, graphics, video and text on the Site are the property of the Clinic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public display or modification requires our prior written consent.

8. User submissions

If you submit information through forms on the Site (contact, booking enquiry, newsletter), you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and you grant the Clinic the right to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
